Todd Haines

Certified Public Accountant – Haines, Isenbarger, and Skiba

(Todd brings a tremendous energy and enthusiasm to the CSI Board.  An accountant by trade, Todd provides excellent information and guidance to the organization.  Todd is active in many civic and community projects.)

Louise Conley Jones 

Director of Student Development – University of St Francis

(Louise is an educator and staff member of a local university.  Her dedication to the community includes assisting CSI with grant applications and other administrative duties.  She has served on the local “Court Appointed Special Advocate” project where she mentors and assists area youth who have encountered problems at home or with the law. )

Brad Kimmel 

United States Air Force – LtCol (Retired)

(Our Executive Director and founder of Creative Sports, Inc, Brad is the catalyst for many projects in our community.  He serves on the local Fort Wayne BluePrintPlus (downtown revitalization) committee, the Fort Wayne Sports Corporation, and several other advisory programs.  He is the key to the CSI project to procure and renovate a 23 acre complex on Fort Wayne’s west side.)

Harry Robert (Bob) Lowe    

Vice President – NUCOR Industries

(Bob is a business and community leader with a strong organizational background.  He has served on local family and youth boards, and provides outstanding leadership to CSI’s project to revitalize a part of Fort Wayne’s west side.  Bob was a key part of the YMCA’s expansion project in the neighboring community of Auburn, In)

Lisa Williams            

Vice President of Operations – Pinnacle Credit Union

(Lisa is in the banking business and provides tremendous support for many of the business planning aspects of Creative Sports, Inc.  Her dedication to area youth programs and projects is well documented.  Lisa is a key asset to the CSI program development.)

ADVISORY BOARD

 Philip Houk

(While serving as the President of the Fort Wayne Sports Corporation, Phil has developed a strong interest in the CSI project.  He provides impartial input to the CSI Board of Directors.  Phil Houk is a Judge with the Allen County Superior Court.)

Bill Jones

(Bill is the Executive Director of the Indiana High School Baseball Coaches Association and provides guidance relating to high school sports.)
